TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, facilities, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Z S R Sport Clubs & Facilities Management L.L.C. (“Z. Sports,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By making a booking, purchasing a membership, visiting our premises, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Users must be at least 15 years old to create an account or purchase memberships unless acting through a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Parents or guardians are fully responsible for all bookings made and activities participated in by minors.
1.3 Z. Sports reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Parental or guardian consent may be required in writing before a minor is permitted to participate in any activity.

## 2. BOOKINGS
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2 Bookings may be made through our website, mobile application, telephone, or other authorized channels.
2.3 Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
2.4 Booking confirmations will be sent electronically to the registered contact details.
2.5 Users are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate prior to confirmation.
2.6 Z. Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected, without liability.

## 3. ARRIVAL POLICY
3.1 Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking.
3.2 Failure to arrive on time does not extend the booked session period.
3.3 Bookings may be released and forfeited after 15 minutes of non-attendance without refund.

## 4. CANCELLATION POLICY
*4.1 Court Bookings*
• More than 24 hours before: Full refund or credit
• 6–24 hours before: Booking credit only
• Less than 6 hours before: No refund or credit
*4.2 Pilates & Fitness Classes*
• More than 12 hours before: Full session credit
• Less than 12 hours before: Session forfeited; no credit or refund
*4.3 Events & Tournaments*
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Z. Sports.
*4.4 No-Shows*
Failure to attend without prior cancellation will be treated as a late cancellation under the applicable policy above.

## 5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
5.2 Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
5.3 Refunds will not be granted for:
• Missed bookings or no-shows
• Late arrivals
• Failure to attend
• Change of mind after service has commenced
• Account suspensions resulting from breach of these Terms
5.4 If Z. Sports cancels a booking for operational reasons, customers will be offered either:
• A full refund to the original payment method; or
• A booking credit valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation

## 6. MEMBERSHIPS
6.1 Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
6.2 Membership benefits apply only during the active membership period and do not accrue or carry over during any freeze period unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Membership discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
6.4 Z. Sports reserves the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to active members via email or in-app notification.
6.5 Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable UAE law.
6.6 Sharing of membership credentials or permitting unauthorized use will result in immediate suspension and potential permanent cancellation without refund.
6.7 Memberships may be set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. Members will be notified at least 7 days before renewal. Auto-renewal may be disabled at any time through account settings or by contacting our team.
6.8 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed at checkout. In the event of a failed payment, Z. Sports will attempt to notify the member and may suspend access until payment is resolved.

## 7. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE
7.1 Members may request a freeze for medical reasons or international travel exceeding 14 consecutive days, subject to management approval.
7.2 Freeze requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and may require supporting documentation such as a medical certificate or travel itinerary.
7.3 The minimum freeze period is 14 days; the maximum is 60 days per membership year, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.4 Membership billing will be paused for the duration of the approved freeze and the membership end date extended accordingly.

## 8. FACILITY RULES & DRESS CODE
8.1 All users must:
• Treat staff, coaches, and fellow guests with respect at all times
• Wear appropriate, clean sports attire within all activity zones
• Use equipment responsibly and report any damage or malfunction immediately
• Follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions
• Refrain from abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or dangerous conduct
• Not bring illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials onto the premises
• Keep personal belongings secure and respect all shared spaces
8.2 Dress Code: Appropriate sports attire is required at all times within activity zones. This includes, but is not limited to, sports shoes with non-marking soles on all courts, and clean, dry clothing. Open-toed shoes, jeans, or casual footwear are not permitted on courts or in fitness areas.
8.3 Z. Sports reserves the right to remove, suspend, or permanently ban any individual whose conduct compromises the safety or experience of others, without liability for any resulting loss.

## 9. GUEST POLICY
9.1 Active members may bring guests to the facility subject to payment of the applicable guest fee at the time of visit.
9.2 Members are fully responsible for the conduct and compliance of their guests with these Terms and all facility rules.
9.3 Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times and may not use the facility independently.
9.4 Z. Sports reserves the right to limit the number of guest visits per member per month.

## 10. HEALTH DECLARATION
10.1 By participating in any activity, you confirm that:
• You are physically fit to participate
• You understand the inherent risks associated with sports and exercise
• You have consulted a medical professional if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns
10.2 Participation is entirely at your own risk.

## 11. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You acknowledge that participation in sports, fitness activities, use of gym equipment, gaming facilities, Pilates classes, and other recreational activities involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death.
You voluntarily assume all such risks.
Z. Sports, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, instructors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, or claim arising from:
• Participation in any activity
• Use of equipment
• Slips, falls, or accidents on the premises
• Actions of other participants
• Theft or loss of personal belongings
• Temporary equipment failure
• Force majeure events
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

## 12. PERSONAL PROPERTY & LOCKERS
12.1 Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
12.2 Lockers are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a secure storage guarantee.
12.3 Lockers must be vacated at the end of each visit. Items left overnight may be removed and held at reception for a maximum of 7 days, after which Z. Sports reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items.
12.4 Locker rental fees, where applicable, will be displayed at the facility and are subject to change.
12.5 Z. Sports accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property on the premises.

## 13. PHOTOGRAPHY, MEDIA & AI DATA RECORDING
13.1 Z. Sports may capture photographs or video footage during events or within the facility for promotional and marketing purposes.
13.2 If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify management in writing prior to your visit.
13.3 Court technology systems may record gameplay for performance analytics and highlight generation. By using these facilities, you consent to such recording.
13.4 All data collected through AI and court technology systems is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
13.5 You may request access to or deletion of your personal gameplay data by contacting us at info@zsports.ae.

## 14. PRIVACY POLICY
14.1 Z. Sports collects and processes personal data including but not limited to name, contact details, payment information, and gameplay analytics in connection with the provision of our Services.
14.2 All personal data is handled in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and our full Privacy Policy, available at zsports.ae/privacy-policy
14.3 By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14.4 You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@zsports.ae.

## 15. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Z. Sports is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly.
15.2 In the event of a complaint, guests are encouraged to first raise the matter with a staff member or manager on site.
15.3 If the matter is not resolved, a formal complaint may be submitted in writing to info@zsports.ae. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
15.4 If a resolution cannot be reached through the above process, the matter may be escalated to the competent courts of Dubai in accordance with Clause 17.

## 16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials are the exclusive property of Z. Sports and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

## 17. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Z. Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its facilities or services for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Dangerous or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of outstanding dues

## 18. FORCE MAJEURE
Z. Sports shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, utility failures, or technical outages.

## 19. GOVERNING LAW
19.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
19.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
